  • AGE REQUIREMENTS:

    Our challenges are suitable for 8 years old and above.

    • Children below 12 years old (8yo-11yo) should be accompanied by a participating adult during the game.

    • Teams with 1 or more players under 12 years old have access only to 27 challenges (5 physical challenges are restricted for the team).
  • ACCESSIBILITY:
    Unfortunately, the game area is not wheelchair accessible. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
  • TICKETS:
    Online booking is recommended and guarantees entry. However, it is possible to buy a ticket on site, subject to availability.
  • DRESS CODE:
    Comfortable clothes and sneakers or sports shoes must be worn. Flip-flops or slippers are not allowed in the Game Area
  • GAME INFORMATION:
    • Games require at least 2 players—be sure to bring your friends!
    • Each team can consist of minimum 2 and maximum 6 players.

What can I expect from the Cube Challenges? Cube Challenges in Abu Dhabi is an adrenaline-packed, immersive adventure zone designed to test your mind, body, and teamwork! Picture yourself diving into a world of thrilling physical tasks, brain-teasing puzzles, and exciting group challenges—where every turn is a surprise and every room offers a new test. From scaling walls to cracking codes, it's like stepping into a real-life game show! Perfect for families, friends, and corporate groups, Cube Challenges offers an electrifying experience where fun meets fitness, all while sharpening your problem-solving skills in a vibrant, energetic setting.
Where is the experience located? The experience takes place at Reem Mall, 2nd Floor in AI Reem Island - Abu Dhabi.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a venue with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? The Standard Ticket experience lasts 1 hour, but you can extend your time by purchasing additional minutes at our Box Office.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Yes, if you fancy a coffee, milkshake, or smoothies, come on in and you will also be able to play board games for free!
Is there parking available? Yes, Reem Mall parking is free of charge and with a total of more than 6,000 spaces.
Is there a dress code? It is required to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers/sports shoes that allows freedom in movement for the activities. Slippers or flip-flops are not allowed in the game area.
Will there be merchandise available? Yes, Cube Challenges branded caps, mugs, keychains and more are available in the venue at all times.

Access

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Unfortunately, the game area is not wheelchair accessible. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Is there an age requirement? Our challenges are suitable for 8 years old and above. Children below 12 years old (8yo-11yo) should be accompanied by a participating adult during the game. Teams with 1 or more players under 12 years old have access only to 27 challenges (5 physical challenges are restricted for the team).
Will there be strobe lights and/or loud noises? Yes, please be advised that in the game area there are strong lights and sound effects.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, please feel free to ask the staff for directions to the nearest mall restrooms.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Tickets

Where can I get tickets? On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Can I make a group booking? For groups of 8+ people, please get in touch with the venue phone/email at info-ad@cubechallenges.ae or +971 2 887 0061 and let them know about your preferred attendance date and size of your group.
